Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resellable condition (including all accessories, manuals, and parts).
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items: Used, damaged, or items missing accessories may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide a return authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our return address using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If the product is returned damaged or missing parts a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement or offer a full refund
